Ingredients
  

  • 2.5 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda
  • 0.5 teaspoon salt
  • 8 ounces unsalted butter at room temperature
  • 1 cup light brown sugar packed
  • 0.5 cup granulated sugar
  • 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
  • 2 large eggs at room temperature
  • 1 cup white chocolate chips
  • 1 cup peanut butter chips
  • 0.5 cup Reese's Pieces (minis or full-sized)

Method
 

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a medium bowl, whisk together the flour, baking soda, and salt. Set aside.
  3. In a large mixing bowl, cream the butter, brown sugar, and granulated sugar until light and fluffy.
  4. Add the eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition, then add the vanilla extract.
  5. Gradually mix in the dry ingredients until just combined.
  6. Fold in the white chocolate chips, peanut butter chips, and Reese's Pieces.
  7. Scoop mounds of dough onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper, leaving space between each.
  8. Bake for 10-12 minutes until edges are lightly golden.
  9. Cool on the baking sheet for 5 minutes before transferring to a cooling rack.

Notes

  • For a twist, add lemon zest in the spring.
  • Try crushed pretzels for a salty-sweet combo in summer.
  • Substitute with dark chocolate chips if preferred.
