  • 1 teaspoon Ground cinnamon
  • 1 cup Cold heavy cream for whipping

  • Electric mixer
  • Measuring cups and spoons
  • Spatula

Method

Instructions
  1. Step 1: Prepare the Crust - Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Roll out the refrigerated pie crust and fit it into your pie dish, crimping the edges as desired. Prick the bottom with a fork and bake for about 10-12 minutes until lightly golden. Allow to cool.
  2. Step 2: Make the Filling - In a mixing bowl, whisk together the flour, baking powder, and salt. In another bowl, beat the softened butter and sugar until light and fluffy. Add eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition. Stir in the vanilla extract. Gradually add the flour mixture until just combined.
  3. Step 3: Add the Milks - In a separate bowl, combine sweetened condensed milk, evaporated milk, and heavy cream. Gradually pour this mixture into the batter, stirring until well incorporated. Finally, sprinkle in the ground cinnamon and mix gently.
  4. Step 4: Bake the Pie - Pour the filling into the cooled crust and bake for 30-35 minutes until set. Let cool completely before chilling in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours.
  5. Step 5: Prepare the Whipped Topping - In a mixing bowl, whip the cold heavy cream and granulated sugar until stiff peaks form.
  6. Step 6: Assemble and Serve - Once chilled, spread the whipped cream over the top and garnish with ground cinnamon or fresh fruit. Slice and serve!

Notes

  • Chill the pie fully for the best flavor.
  • Avoid overbaking to keep a slightly jiggly center.
  • Use cold cream for a stable whipped topping.
