Instructions:
- Step 1: Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Step 2: Line your cupcake pan with liners.
- Step 3: In a large mixing bowl, combine the yellow cake mix, eggs, milk, oil, and vanilla extract. Add the vanilla instant pudding mix and sour cream. Mix until well combined and smooth.

- Step 6: Let the cupcakes cool in the pan for 5 minutes, then transfer to a cooling rack.
- Step 7: For the frosting, combine softened butter, cocoa powder, vanilla extract, and powdered sugar. Add milk or cream until desired consistency is reached.
- Step 8: Frost the cupcakes once completely cool.
