  • 1 pound Yukon Gold baby potatoes
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1/2 tablespoon Italian seasoning
  • 3 cloves garlic minced
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1/4 cup shredded Parmesan
  • Chopped parsley for garnish

Method
 

Cooking Instructions:
  1. Step 1: Prepare the Potatoes - Wash the Yukon Gold baby potatoes thoroughly and cut them into one-inch pieces.
  2. Step 2: Season the Potatoes - In a mixing bowl, add the cut potatoes, drizzle with olive oil, sprinkle in Italian seasoning, minced garlic, salt, and pepper. Toss to coat.
  3. Step 3: Preheat the Air Fryer - Preheat your air fryer to 400°F (200°C) for about 5 minutes.
  4. Step 4: Air Fry the Potatoes - Place the seasoned potatoes in a single layer in the air fryer basket. Air fry for about 15 minutes, shaking halfway through.
  5. Step 5: Add the Parmesan - After 15 minutes, sprinkle the shredded Parmesan over the potatoes and air fry for an additional 5 minutes.
  6. Step 6: Garnish and Serve - Remove from the air fryer, garnish with chopped parsley, and serve warm.

Notes

  • Use other small waxy potatoes like red potatoes or fingerlings as substitutes.
  • For a different flavor, avocado oil can replace olive oil.
  • Fresh herbs like rosemary or thyme can enhance flavor in place of Italian seasoning.
