In a large mixing bowl, combine the cooked taco meat and shredded Mexican cheese. Stir until well mixed.
Take a wonton wrapper and place it on a clean surface. Lightly moisten the edges with water.
Place about a tablespoon of the taco meat and cheese mixture in the center of the wonton.
Fold the wonton in half diagonally and press the edges together to seal.
Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C) or heat oil in a frying pan. Bake for 15-20 minutes or fry for 2-3 minutes per side until golden brown.
