Ingredients
  

  • 4 tbsp virgin coconut oil melted
  • 1/3 cup cocoa or cacao powder
  • to taste vanilla stevia or 1/4 cup raw agave, honey, or pure maple syrup

  • Silicone molds or parchment paper
  • Freezer

Method
 

  1. Melt the coconut oil in a small saucepan over low heat, being careful not to overheat.
  2. Combine the melted coconut oil with cocoa or cacao powder in a mixing bowl and stir until fully incorporated.
  3. Add in your choice of sweetener, adjusting to taste, and mix well until everything is combined.
  4. Pour the mixture into silicone molds, or drop spoonfuls onto a parchment-lined baking sheet.
  5. Freeze for about 30 minutes, or until the chocolate chips are firm and set.
  6. Once set, remove from molds or parchment paper and store in an airtight container in the freezer for up to a month.

Notes

  • Experiment with different sweeteners for unique flavors.
  • Store the chips in the freezer to maintain firmness.
  • Add flavors like peppermint or chili for a twist!
