  • 1/4 cup hot sauce
  • 2 tablespoons butter for brushing
  • 1/4 cup ranch dressing for filling
  • 2 tablespoons ranch dressing for drizzling on top
  • 1/2 cup blue cheese crumbled
  • 1/2 cup mozzarella cheese grated
  • 1/2 cup cheddar cheese grated
  • Chopped cilantro for garnish

Method
 

Instructions
  1. Step 1: Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) to ensure fluffy biscuits.
  2. Step 2: Spray your muffin tin with cooking spray or lightly grease it with butter.
  3. Step 3: Open the can of refrigerated flaky biscuits and separate them.
  4. Step 4: Flatten each biscuit slightly and press them into the muffin tin to create a cup shape.
  5. Step 5: In a mixing bowl, combine chicken nuggets, hot sauce, ranch dressing, blue cheese, mozzarella, and cheddar cheese.
  6. Step 6: Spoon the chicken mixture into each biscuit cup generously.
  7. Step 7: Melt the butter and brush it on the exposed edges of the biscuit cups.
  8. Step 8: Bake for 15-20 minutes until biscuits are golden brown and cheese is melted.
