Ingredients

  • 1 pound fingerling potatoes halved
  • 1 15-ounce jar marinated artichokes drained and patted dry
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon fresh sage minced
  • 1 tablespoon fresh rosemary minced
  • 1 teaspoon dried Italian seasoning
  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes

Method
 

  1. Step 1: Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) for even roasting.
