Cooking Instructions:

- Step 4: Arrange the steaks on a baking sheet and roast for 20-25 minutes, flipping halfway through.
- Step 5: In the last 5 minutes, sprinkle Parmesan cheese over the steaks and return to the oven.
- Step 6: Remove from the oven, let cool slightly, and serve.
