For the Cauliflower Steaks:
  • 2 heads cauliflower fresh and firm
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon pepper
  • 1 tablespoon Parmesan cheese for sprinkling

Method
 

Cooking Instructions:
  1. Step 1: Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C).
  2. Step 2: Remove the outer leaves from the cauliflower heads and trim the stem. Slice each head into 1-inch thick steaks.
  3. Step 3: In a mixing bowl, combine olive oil, paprika, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Brush both sides of each cauliflower steak with the mixture.
  4. Step 4: Arrange the steaks on a baking sheet and roast for 20-25 minutes, flipping halfway through.
  5. Step 5: In the last 5 minutes, sprinkle Parmesan cheese over the steaks and return to the oven.
  6. Step 6: Remove from the oven, let cool slightly, and serve.
