Ingredients
  

  • 2 1/2 cups Red Velvet cake mix
  • 2 cups confectioners sugar
  • 1/4 cup milk
  • 1/2 cup salted butter cut into 8 pieces
  • 2/3 cup white chocolate chips
  • 2-3 tbsp sprinkles to garnish (optional)

Equipment

  • Microwave-safe bowl
  • Mixing spoon or spatula
  • 9x9 inch baking dish
  • Parchment paper

Method
 

  1. Start by lining a 9x9 inch baking dish with parchment paper, allowing some overhang for easy removal.
  2. In a microwave-safe bowl, add the salted butter and microwave it in 20-second intervals until fully melted.
  3. Stir in the white chocolate chips until they are melted and smooth. Then add the red velvet cake mix, confectioners sugar, and milk. Mix until well combined.
  4. Pour the fudge mixture into the prepared baking dish and spread it evenly across the dish.
  5. If desired, sprinkle the top with colorful sprinkles.
  6. Chill in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours, or until firm and set.
  7. Once set, lift the fudge out of the dish and cut it into squares.

Notes

  • Store the fudge in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 2 weeks.
  • For longer storage, freeze for up to 3 months.
  • Allow frozen fudge to thaw in the refrigerator before serving.
