Stir in the white chocolate chips until they are melted and smooth. Then add the red velvet cake mix, confectioners sugar, and milk. Mix until well combined.
Pour the fudge mixture into the prepared baking dish and spread it evenly across the dish.
If desired, sprinkle the top with colorful sprinkles.
Chill in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours, or until firm and set.
Once set, lift the fudge out of the dish and cut it into squares.
