Ingredients
  

For the Ramen Lasagna:
  • 1 packet Instant Ramen Noodles broken in half
  • 1 cup Ricotta Cheese divided
  • 1 cup Pasta Sauce your choice of marinara or homemade, divided
  • 1/2 cup Grated Parmesan Cheese divided
  • 1 cup Shredded Mozzarella Cheese divided
  • to taste Chopped Fresh Parsley for garnish

Method
 

Cooking Instructions:
  1. Step 1: Prepare the Ramen Noodles - Boil water in a pot. Add the ramen noodles and cook according to package instructions for 1-2 minutes less. Drain and set aside to cool slightly.
  2. Step 2: Preheat Your Oven - Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  3. Step 3: Mix the Cheeses - In a mixing bowl, combine ricotta, half of the Parmesan, and half of the mozzarella. Stir until creamy.
  4. Step 4: Assemble the Lasagna - Spread a thin layer of pasta sauce in an oven-safe dish. Layer half of the ramen, half of the ricotta mixture, half of the remaining sauce, and half of the mozzarella.
  5. Step 5: Layer the Second Half - Repeat the layering with the remaining ingredients.
  6. Step 6: Bake - Cover with foil and bake for 25 minutes. Remove foil and bake for an additional 15-20 minutes until cheese is bubbly and golden.
  7. Step 7: Garnish and Serve - Let cool for 5-10 minutes, garnish with parsley, and enjoy!

  • For a lower-carb option, replace ramen with zucchini or eggplant slices.
