  • Baking Sheet
  • Parchment paper

Method

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper to prevent sticking.
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine the almond butter, maple syrup, and vanilla extract. Mix until smooth and creamy.
  3. In a separate bowl, whisk together the Kodiak Cakes Power Cakes mix, vanilla protein powder, ground cinnamon, and salt.
  4. Gradually add the dry mixture to the wet mixture, stirring until just combined. Be careful not to overmix.
  5. Gently fold in the white chocolate chips, ensuring they are evenly distributed throughout the dough.
  6. Using a spoon or cookie scoop, drop rounded tablespoons of dough onto the prepared baking sheet, spacing them about two inches apart.
  7. Bake in the preheated oven for 10-12 minutes, or until the edges are slightly golden and the centers are set.
  8. Allow the cookies to cool on the baking sheet for a few minutes before transferring them to a wire rack. Enjoy warm or store for later!

Notes

  • Measure your ingredients accurately for the best texture.
  • Avoid overmixing to keep the cookies tender.
