Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
Lightly grease a muffin tin with cooking spray or brush it with olive oil.
Open the refrigerated biscuits and separate them. Flatten each biscuit slightly.
In a mixing bowl, combine the mini pepperoni pieces, shredded mozzarella cheese, and chopped fresh basil.
Place each flattened biscuit into the muffin cup, pressing it down gently and fill with the pepperoni and cheese mixture.
Drizzle a little olive oil over each filled biscuit cup.
Bake for 12-15 minutes or until the biscuits are golden brown and the cheese is melted.
Let the Pizza Bites cool for a few minutes and serve warm with marinara sauce for dipping.
