- Step 1: Prepare the Instant Pot. Plug in your Instant Pot and select the 'Sauté' function. Allow it to heat up for a couple of minutes.
- Step 2: Add Coconut Oil. Once the Instant Pot is hot, add the coconut oil. Let it melt completely, swirling it around to coat the bottom of the pot.
- Step 3: Add Popcorn Kernels. Carefully add the popcorn kernels to the pot. Stir the kernels gently to coat them in the melted coconut oil.
- Step 4: Seal the Instant Pot. Place the lid on the Instant Pot and ensure that the valve is set to 'Sealing'.
- Step 5: Pop the Corn. Select the 'Manual' or 'Pressure Cook' option and set the timer for 3 minutes. After a few moments, you’ll hear the delightful sound of popping!
- Step 6: Release Pressure. When the cooking time is up, carefully do a quick release by turning the valve to 'Venting'. Once the pressure is released and the lid is safe to open, remove it to reveal your freshly popped popcorn.
- Step 7: Season and Serve. Transfer the popcorn to a large bowl and sprinkle it with the popcorn seasoned salt. Toss gently to ensure even seasoning. Now, it’s time to dig in!
