Step 2: Combine wet ingredients. In a large mixing bowl, combine the light corn syrup, creamy peanut butter, light brown sugar, vanilla extract, and cinnamon. Stir until well-mixed and smooth.
Step 3: Add dry ingredients. To the wet mixture, add the quick-cook oats, crispy rice cereal, raisins, and chopped chocolate chips. Stir until all ingredients are evenly combined.
Step 4: Press into the pan. Spread the mixture into the prepared baking pan. Use a spatula to firmly press it down into an even layer.
Step 5: Chill. Place the pan in the refrigerator for at least two hours to allow the bars to set.
Step 6: Slice and serve. Once set, lift the bars out of the pan using the parchment paper. Place on a cutting board and slice into squares or rectangles.
