  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter melted
  • 1/2 cup creamy peanut butter regular no-stir
  • 4 large eggs
  • 1 1/2 cups granulated sugar
  • 2 tablespoons cornmeal
  • 1 tablespoon all-purpose flour
  • 1 tablespoon white vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon vanilla extract

Method
 

Instructions:
  1. Step 1: Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Step 2: Prepare the pie crust by rolling it out and fitting it into your pie dish, crimping the edges.
  3. Step 3: In a large mixing bowl, whisk together melted butter and peanut butter until smooth. Add eggs one at a time, mixing well after each. Gradually mix in sugar, cornmeal, flour, vinegar, and vanilla until combined.
  4. Step 4: Pour the peanut butter filling into the prepared pie crust and smooth the top with a spatula.
  5. Step 5: Bake for 40-45 minutes until the filling is set and the top is slightly golden.
