Instructions:
- Step 1: Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C). A hot oven is key to getting that crispy texture on your cauliflower.
- Step 2: In a small bowl, combine the dried parsley, dried dill, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper to make the ranch seasoning mix.
- Step 3: In a large mixing bowl, toss the cauliflower florets with olive oil until well-coated. Then, sprinkle the ranch seasoning mix over the cauliflower and toss again.
- Step 4: Sprinkle the finely grated Parmesan cheese over the seasoned cauliflower and toss gently.
- Step 5: Spread the seasoned cauliflower evenly on a baking sheet and roast for about 25-30 minutes, flipping halfway through.
- Step 6: While the cauliflower is roasting, cube the avocado and sprinkle with a pinch of sea salt.
- Step 7: Once the cauliflower is done, transfer it to a serving dish, top with cubed avocado, and serve warm.
Notes
- Store leftovers in an airtight container for up to 3 days.
- To avoid browning, add avocado fresh before serving.
- Reheat in the oven for crispiness.
