Ingredients
  

For the Bread:
  • 1 loaf crusty country-style French bread
  • 1.25 sticks salted butter melted
  • 5 cloves garlic pureed or very finely chopped
  • 5 tablespoons Parmesan cheese bottled
  • 1 teaspoon parsley leaves finely chopped

Method
 

Instructions
  1. Step 1: Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Step 2: In a mixing bowl, combine the melted butter, pureed garlic, Parmesan cheese, and chopped parsley. Mix well.
  3. Step 3: Slice the loaf of French bread in half lengthwise.
  4. Step 4: Using a pastry brush, generously spread the garlic butter mixture over the cut sides of the bread.
  5. Step 5: Place the prepared bread halves on a baking sheet, cut side up. Bake for about 12-15 minutes.
  6. Step 6: Once baked, remove from the oven and let cool for a minute. Slice and serve warm.

Notes

  • Add a pinch of red pepper flakes to the garlic butter for a kick.
  • Prepare the garlic butter ahead of time and store in the fridge.
  • Experiment with different cheeses for varied flavors.
