Method
 

  1. Step 1: Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C) for a perfect golden-brown crust.
  2. Step 2: Slice the onion into 1/2 inch thick rounds and separate the rings.
  3. Step 3: In a mixing bowl, combine flour, paprika, salt, pepper, cumin, and coriander to make the flour coating.
  4. Step 4: Dredge each onion ring in the flour mixture, shake off excess, and place on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  5. Step 5: Bake for 20-25 minutes, flipping halfway through until golden and crispy.
