Preparation Steps:
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Line an 8x8 inch baking pan with parchment paper, allowing some overhang.
- Mash the 5 ripe bananas in a mixing bowl until smooth.
- Add the sugar-free peanut butter, cocoa powder, melted coconut oil, ground cinnamon, and baking powder to the mashed bananas. Mix until fully combined.
- Fold in the chopped sugar-free chocolate bar or chocolate chips.
- Pour the brownie batter into the prepared baking pan and spread evenly.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until a toothpick comes out with a few moist crumbs.
- Cool in the pan for 10 minutes, then lift out using parchment paper and cool completely on a wire rack before slicing.
Notes
- Use very ripe bananas for maximum sweetness.
- Don’t overmix the batter to avoid tough brownies.
- Check for doneness a few minutes before the suggested baking time.
