Ingredients
  

For the Brownies:
  • 5 count ripe bananas brown and soft
  • 2 tablespoons sugar-free peanut butter
  • 2 tablespoons unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 2 tablespoons coconut oil melted
  • 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon powder
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1 count sugar-free chocolate bar chopped, or sugar-free chocolate chips

Method
 

Preparation Steps:
  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Line an 8x8 inch baking pan with parchment paper, allowing some overhang.
  3. Mash the 5 ripe bananas in a mixing bowl until smooth.
  4. Add the sugar-free peanut butter, cocoa powder, melted coconut oil, ground cinnamon, and baking powder to the mashed bananas. Mix until fully combined.
  5. Fold in the chopped sugar-free chocolate bar or chocolate chips.
  6. Pour the brownie batter into the prepared baking pan and spread evenly.
  7. Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until a toothpick comes out with a few moist crumbs.
  8. Cool in the pan for 10 minutes, then lift out using parchment paper and cool completely on a wire rack before slicing.

Notes

  • Use very ripe bananas for maximum sweetness.
  • Don’t overmix the batter to avoid tough brownies.
  • Check for doneness a few minutes before the suggested baking time.
