Instructions
- Step 1: Rinse the rice under cold water until the water runs clear.
- Step 2: Place the rinsed rice in the Ninja Foodi pot and add 1 cup of water. Optionally, add a pinch of salt.
- Step 3: Close the lid and set the pressure release valve to 'Seal.' Select 'Pressure Cook' for 3 minutes on high pressure.
- Step 4: After cooking, allow natural pressure release for 10 minutes, then quick-release any remaining pressure.
- Step 5: Open the lid and fluff the rice with a spatula or fork. Serve immediately.
Notes
- For brown rice, increase cooking time to 22-25 minutes.
- Replace water with vegetable or chicken broth for added flavor.
- Add herbs and spices for extra taste.
