  • 1 large cucumber Peel if not organic

  • 1 cup cilantro or parsley Fresh herbs for flavor
  • 1 large piece ginger About 2 inches long
  • 1 piece fresh turmeric About 1/2 inch thick
  • 1 whole lemon Peeled

Method
 

  1. Gather all your ingredients and hardware, ensuring everything is fresh.
  2. Wash all the greens, cucumber, and herbs thoroughly. Peel the cucumber and lemon if not organic, then cut them into smaller pieces.
  3. Feed the prepared ingredients into your juicer, starting with the greens, followed by cucumber, fennel, ginger, turmeric, and lemon.
  4. Stir the mixture and pour into a glass or jar. Serve over ice if desired.
