  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter room temperature
  • 2 Tbsp heavy cream
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 pinch salt

Method
 

Instructions:
  1. Step 1: Preheat the Oven: Start by preheating your oven to 350°F (175°C) for even baking.
  2. Step 2: Prepare the Cupcake Pan: Line your mini cupcake pan with cupcake liners for easy cleanup.
  3. Step 3: Mix the Dry Ingredients: In a mixing bowl, whisk together the flour, baking powder, and salt. Set aside.
  4. Step 4: Cream the Butter and Sugar: Beat the butter and sugar until fluffy, about 2-3 minutes.
  5. Step 5: Add the Egg and Vanilla: Mix in the egg and vanilla extract until fully combined.
