  1. Step 1: Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) for even baking.
  2. Step 2: Line a baking sheet with parchment paper to prevent sticking.
  3. Step 3: In a large mixing bowl, combine the White Cheddar Cheez-Its, canola oil, taco seasoning, and chopped cilantro.
  4. Step 4: Gently fold the ingredients together until the crackers are fully coated.
  5. Step 5: Spread the coated crackers evenly on the baking sheet in a single layer.
  6. Step 6: Bake for about 10-12 minutes, until golden and fragrant.
  7. Step 7: Let cool on the baking sheet for a few minutes before transferring to a cooling rack.

Notes

  • Store in an airtight container at room temperature for up to a week.
  • Mix Cheez-Its with oil and seasonings ahead of time and refrigerate until ready to bake.
  • Try adding cayenne pepper for extra heat!
