  • 1 oz taco seasoning 1 package

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a skillet over medium heat, cook the sausage until browned and cooked through. Remove from heat and drain excess grease.
  3. Arrange the frozen hash brown patties in a single layer at the bottom of your greased 9x13-inch baking dish.
  4. In a large mixing bowl, whisk together the eggs, milk, taco seasoning, and salsa until well combined. Stir in the cooked sausage, cheddar cheese, and Monterey Jack cheese.
  5. Pour the egg and sausage mixture over the hash browns in the baking dish, spreading evenly.
  6. Bake in the preheated oven for 45-50 minutes, or until the eggs are set and the top is golden brown.
  7. Let the casserole cool for a few minutes before slicing. Serve warm with additional salsa or toppings.
