  1. Start by grating your block of cheddar cheese. This will help it melt evenly and create that crispy popcorn-like texture.
  2. Line a microwave-safe plate with parchment paper. For extra non-stick protection, you can lightly spray the parchment with cooking spray.
  3. Spoon the grated cheese onto the parchment paper in small mounds, leaving some space between each mound to allow for spreading.
  4. Evenly sprinkle the salt over the cheese mounds. This will enhance the flavor of your Keto Popcorn.
  5. Place the plate in the microwave and heat on high for about 1-2 minutes, or until the cheese is completely melted and bubbling. Keep an eye on it to prevent burning.
  6. Once melted, remove the plate from the microwave and allow the cheese to cool completely. As it cools, it will harden into crispy cheese snacks. Once they are cool, break them apart and enjoy your Keto Popcorn!
