Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
Line your baking sheet with parchment paper.
Open the tube of refrigerated pizza dough and carefully unroll it onto a lightly floured surface. Use your rolling pin to stretch it into a rectangle about 1/4-inch thick.
In a mixing bowl, combine the Italian dressing, grated parmesan cheese, garlic powder, dried oregano, and dried thyme. Mix well until everything is evenly blended.
Spread the mixture evenly over the rolled-out dough. Then, sprinkle the shredded mozzarella cheese generously on top.
Starting from one end, carefully roll the dough up into a log shape. Pinch the seams to seal.
Using a sharp knife or pizza cutter, slice the rolled dough into 1-inch thick pieces.
Place the sliced bread on the prepared baking sheet, leaving some space between each piece. Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until golden brown and bubbly.
Once done, remove the bread from the oven and let it cool slightly before serving.
