Ingredients

  • 1 tube refrigerated pizza dough 13.8-oz
  • 3-4 Tbsp Italian dressing
  • 2 Tbsp grated parmesan cheese
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp dried oregano
  • 1 tsp dried thyme
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese

Equipment

  • Baking Sheet
  • Parchment paper
  • Mixing Bowl
  • Rolling Pin
  • Sharp knife or pizza cutter

Method

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Line your baking sheet with parchment paper.
  3. Open the tube of refrigerated pizza dough and carefully unroll it onto a lightly floured surface. Use your rolling pin to stretch it into a rectangle about 1/4-inch thick.
  4. In a mixing bowl, combine the Italian dressing, grated parmesan cheese, garlic powder, dried oregano, and dried thyme. Mix well until everything is evenly blended.
  5. Spread the mixture evenly over the rolled-out dough. Then, sprinkle the shredded mozzarella cheese generously on top.
  6. Starting from one end, carefully roll the dough up into a log shape. Pinch the seams to seal.
  7. Using a sharp knife or pizza cutter, slice the rolled dough into 1-inch thick pieces.
  8. Place the sliced bread on the prepared baking sheet, leaving some space between each piece. Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until golden brown and bubbly.
  9. Once done, remove the bread from the oven and let it cool slightly before serving.

  • Feel free to customize with different cheeses or add veggies for extra flavor.
