- Preheat your oven to 450°F (232°C).
- Grease your popover pan or muffin tin with melted butter.
- In a mixing bowl, whisk together melted butter, eggs, sugar, and salt. Gradually add flour and milk, mixing until smooth.
- Pour the batter into the prepared cups, filling each about half full.
- Bake for 20 minutes without opening the oven door.
- Reduce the oven temperature to 350°F (177°C) and bake for another 10-15 minutes until golden brown.
- Remove from oven and let cool slightly before serving.
