  • 1 pound salmon Fresh or thawed fillets
  • 2 tsp avocado oil
  • to taste sea salt
  • ½ tsp garlic powder
  • ½ tsp paprika
  • 2 Tbsp salted butter
  • 2 Tbsp honey

Method
 

Cooking Instructions:
  1. Step 1: Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Step 2: Pat the salmon fillets dry and drizzle with avocado oil, then sprinkle with sea salt, garlic powder, and paprika on both sides.
  3. Step 3: In an oven-safe skillet, melt butter over medium-high heat. Sear the salmon skin-side down for 4-5 minutes until crispy.
  4. Step 4: Flip the salmon and drizzle honey over the top, allowing it to melt.
  5. Step 5: Transfer the skillet to the oven and bake for 5-8 minutes until the salmon is opaque and flakes easily.
  6. Step 6: Let the salmon rest for a couple of minutes before serving warm, garnished with herbs or lemon.
