Heat your large skillet or wok over medium-high heat. Allow it to warm up, then add a drizzle of sesame oil if desired.
Add the jumbo shrimp to the skillet in a single layer. Cook for about 2-3 minutes on one side until they turn pink and opaque. Flip and cook for an additional 1-2 minutes.
Once the shrimp are cooked through, pour the prepared sauce over them. Stir gently to coat and cook for another 2-3 minutes until the sauce thickens slightly.
Remove from heat and serve over steamed rice or noodles, garnished with sesame seeds or chopped green onions if desired.
