Ingredients
  

  • 1.5 cups Bolthouse Farms Chocolate Plant Protein Milk
  • 1 frozen banana
  • 1 tablespoon natural peanut butter
  • 0.5 cup Greek yogurt or non-dairy yogurt
  • 1 date, chopped, pit removed
  • 1 tablespoon toasted rolled oats
  • 0.5 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 teaspoon unsweetened cocoa powder

Method
 

  1. Gather all your ingredients for an efficient blending process.
  2. In your blender, add the 1 1/2 cups Bolthouse Farms Chocolate Plant Protein Milk and the 1 frozen banana.
  3. Add in the 1 tablespoon of natural peanut butter and 1/2 cup of Greek yogurt (or non-dairy yogurt).
  4. Toss in the 1 chopped date and 1 tablespoon of toasted rolled oats.
  5. Add 1/2 teaspoon of vanilla extract and 1 teaspoon of unsweetened cocoa powder.
  6. Blend all the ingredients on high until smooth and creamy.
  7. Taste your smoothie and adjust sweetness if needed.
