- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Slice the French bread in half lengthwise and place cut-side up on a baking sheet.
- In a bowl, mix the softened butter, pressed garlic, salt, oregano, basil, and thyme until combined.
- Spread the garlic butter mixture evenly over the cut sides of the bread.
- Sprinkle mozzarella cheese over the buttered bread, followed by Parmesan cheese.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes until the cheese is bubbly and golden brown.
- Let cool for a few minutes before slicing and serving warm.
