- Step 1: Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Step 2: Line your baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Step 3: In a mixing bowl, combine sugar, crushed graham crackers, flour, cinnamon, and salt. Mix well.
- Step 4: Open the tube of crescent rolls and unroll the dough. Separate into triangles.
- Step 5: On each triangle, place a bit of the graham cracker mixture, marshmallows, and chocolate chips. Drizzle with coconut oil.
- Step 6: Fold the triangle over to enclose the filling and press edges to seal tightly.
- Step 7: Place triangles on the baking sheet and dot with small pieces of cold butter.
- Step 8: Bake for about 12-15 minutes until golden brown and filling is bubbly.
- Step 9: Remove from oven, let cool for a few minutes, then serve warm.
Notes
- Store leftovers in an airtight container at room temperature for up to two days.
- Freeze unbaked triangles for up to a month; bake directly from the freezer.
- Experiment with different chocolates or add nuts for a twist!
