Ingredients
  

For the Triangles:
  • 1 tube refrigerated crescent rolls (8 count)
  • 4 tablespoons cold butter (cut into small pieces)
  • 1/4 cup sugar
  • 1/4 cup graham crackers (finely crushed)
  • 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1/4 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1 pinch salt
  • 1 cup mini marshmallows
  • 1/2 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
  • 1/2 teaspoon coconut oil or vegetable oil

Method
 

Instructions
  1. Step 1: Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Step 2: Line your baking sheet with parchment paper.
  3. Step 3: In a mixing bowl, combine sugar, crushed graham crackers, flour, cinnamon, and salt. Mix well.
  4. Step 4: Open the tube of crescent rolls and unroll the dough. Separate into triangles.
  5. Step 5: On each triangle, place a bit of the graham cracker mixture, marshmallows, and chocolate chips. Drizzle with coconut oil.
  6. Step 6: Fold the triangle over to enclose the filling and press edges to seal tightly.
  7. Step 7: Place triangles on the baking sheet and dot with small pieces of cold butter.
  8. Step 8: Bake for about 12-15 minutes until golden brown and filling is bubbly.
  9. Step 9: Remove from oven, let cool for a few minutes, then serve warm.

Notes

  • Store leftovers in an airtight container at room temperature for up to two days.
  • Freeze unbaked triangles for up to a month; bake directly from the freezer.
  • Experiment with different chocolates or add nuts for a twist!
