  • 1 large egg for egg wash
  • 1 teaspoon water for egg wash
  • 2/3 cup whipped cream cheese
  • 3 to 4 ounces smoked salmon

Method
 

Preparation Steps:
  1. Step 1: Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) to ensure an even bake.
  2. Step 2: On a lightly floured surface, roll out the thawed puff pastry to fit your baking sheet.
  3. Step 3: In a small bowl, combine the ingredients for the everything seasoning and mix well. Set aside.
  4. Step 4: Place the rolled-out puff pastry on the baking sheet. Score a border around the edges about an inch from the edge, then spread the whipped cream cheese within the border and lay the smoked salmon on top.
