Ingredients

  • 8 oz cream cheese (softened)
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 3 tablespoons everything bagel seasoning (divided)
  • Fresh carrots, celery, pretzels, and assorted crackers (for serving)

Equipment

  • Mixing Bowl
  • Spatula
  • Plastic Wrap
  • Serving platter

Method

  1. Start by placing your softened cream cheese in a mixing bowl. Make sure it’s softened to room temperature for easier mixing.
  2. Next, add the shredded cheddar cheese and grated Parmesan cheese to the bowl. These cheeses will provide a rich and creamy texture to the cheese ball.
  3. Pour in the Worcestershire sauce and 2 tablespoons of everything bagel seasoning. The Worcestershire sauce adds a depth of flavor that complements the cheese beautifully.
  4. Using a spatula, mix all the ingredients together until well combined. You want to ensure that all the flavors are evenly distributed throughout the mixture.
  5. Once your mixture is combined, transfer it to the center of a large piece of plastic wrap. Use the wrap to shape the mixture into a ball. Tightly wrap the cheese ball and refrigerate for at least 2 hours to firm up.
  6. After chilling, unwrap the cheese ball and roll it in the remaining tablespoon of everything bagel seasoning to coat the outside. This not only adds flavor but also gives it a beautiful finish.
  7. Transfer the cheese ball to a serving platter and surround it with fresh carrots, celery, pretzels, and assorted crackers for dipping. Enjoy with friends and family!

Notes

  • Ensure your cream cheese is adequately softened to avoid lumps.
  • Don't skip the chilling step for the best texture and flavor.
  • Taste and adjust seasoning as you mix to suit your palate.
