Base
  • 1 small slice brownie or chocolate cake
  • 2 oz. peanut butter ice cream scoop
Toppings
  • 1 tablespoon fudge sauce
  • 1 tablespoon chopped peanuts
  • 7-10 mini marshmallows toasted
  • 1 whipped cream
  • 1 maraschino cherry for topping

  • Ice cream scoop
  • Kitchen torch or broiler
  • Whisk or electric mixer

Method
 

Instructions
  1. Step 1: Prepare the Base
    Start by placing the small slice of brownie or chocolate cake at the bottom of your sundae dish.
  2. Step 2: Scoop the Ice Cream
    Using an ice cream scoop, add a generous 2 oz. scoop of peanut butter ice cream right on top of the cake.
  3. Step 3: Drizzle the Fudge Sauce
    Take 1 tablespoon of fudge sauce and drizzle it over the ice cream.
  4. Step 4: Add Crunch with Peanuts
    Sprinkle 1 tablespoon of chopped peanuts over the fudge sauce.
  5. Step 5: Toast the Marshmallows
    Toast 7-10 mini marshmallows using a kitchen torch or under a broiler for a few seconds.
  6. Step 6: Finish with Whipped Cream
    Top your sundae with a generous dollop of whipped cream.
  7. Step 7: Crown with a Cherry
    Finally, add a maraschino cherry on top.

Notes

  • Feel free to use different flavors of ice cream.
  • Consider making your own whipped cream for a fresh touch.
  • This sundae is best enjoyed immediately but can be stored in the freezer for later.
