Method
 

  1. Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C). A hot oven is essential for achieving that desirable roasted texture.
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine the frozen cauliflower florets, olive oil, and roasted vegetable seasoning. Toss well to ensure the florets are evenly coated.
  3. Spread the seasoned cauliflower in a single layer on your prepared baking sheet. Make sure not to overcrowd the pan; this helps the florets roast rather than steam.
  4. Place the baking sheet in the preheated oven. Roast for about 25-30 minutes, flipping the cauliflower halfway through. You want them to be golden brown and tender.
