- Step 1: Preheat Your OvenPreheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease your baking pan or line it with parchment paper for easy removal.
- Step 2: Blend the BeansIn a blender or food processor, add the rinsed white beans, almond butter, maple syrup (or honey), and vanilla extract. Blend until the mixture is smooth and creamy.
- Step 3: Mix Dry IngredientsIn a mixing bowl, combine the cocoa powder, baking powder, baking soda, and sea salt. Mix well.
- Step 4: Combine Wet and Dry IngredientsPour the blended bean mixture into the bowl with the dry ingredients. Stir until everything is well combined. Fold in 1/4 cup of dark chocolate chips.
- Step 5: BakePour the brownie batter into the prepared baking pan and spread it out evenly. Sprinkle the remaining dark chocolate chips on top. Bake for 25-30 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out mostly clean.
- Step 6: Cool and ServeAllow the brownies to cool in the pan for about 10 minutes before transferring them to a wire rack to cool completely. Cut into squares and enjoy!
