Ingredients
  

Classic Garlic Paprika Chickpeas:
  • 1 15 ounce can chickpeas drained and rinsed
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • ½ teaspoon paprika
  • ¼ teaspoon pepper
Cheesy Garlic Parmesan Chickpeas:
  • 1 15 ounce can chickpeas drained and rinsed
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons Parmesan cheese
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • ½ teaspoon salt
Spicy Taco Seasoned Chickpeas:
  • 1 15 ounce can chickpeas drained and rinsed
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 ½ tablespoons homemade taco seasoning

Method
 

  1. Start by draining and rinsing your canned chickpeas under cold water. Pat them dry with a clean kitchen towel or paper towels.
  2. In a mixing bowl, add the dried chickpeas along with the ingredients for your chosen variation. Toss well to ensure even coating.
  3. Preheat your air fryer to 400°F (200°C). Spread the chickpeas in a single layer in the air fryer basket and air fry for 15-20 minutes, shaking halfway through.
  4. Once golden brown and crispy, remove the chickpeas and let them cool for a few minutes before enjoying.

  • For maximum crispiness, dry the chickpeas thoroughly.
