  • 1/2 cup gluten-free panko (or regular panko)
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon fresh dill minced
  • 1/2 teaspoon dry mustard
  • 1/2 teaspoon paprika
  • 1/2 teaspoon lemon zest packed
  • 1/2 cup Greek yogurt nonfat, plain
  • 2 teaspoons fresh lemon juice or to taste

Method
 

Instructions:
  1. Step 1: Prepare the Fish - Pat the cod pieces dry with paper towels.
