Ingredients
  

For the Breading:
  • 1 cup all-purpose flour mixed with salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 4 large eggs
  • 1 tablespoon whole milk
  • 2 cups Italian seasoned breadcrumbs
  • 16 ounces cheese curds
  • Vegetable oil for frying

Method
 

Preparation:
  1. Prepare your breading station by placing all-purpose flour mixed with salt in one bowl, whisking eggs and whole milk in another bowl, and Italian seasoned breadcrumbs in a third bowl.
  2. Coat each cheese curd in the flour mixture, dip into the egg mixture, then roll in breadcrumbs until fully covered. Repeat for all curds.
  3. Heat vegetable oil in a frying pan or deep fryer to 350°F (175°C). Ensure there's enough oil to submerge the curds.
  4. Fry the breaded cheese curds in small batches for 3-4 minutes until golden brown and crispy. Use a slotted spoon to remove and drain on paper towels.
  5. Serve hot with your favorite dipping sauce and enjoy!
