Preparation:
- Prepare your breading station by placing all-purpose flour mixed with salt in one bowl, whisking eggs and whole milk in another bowl, and Italian seasoned breadcrumbs in a third bowl.
- Coat each cheese curd in the flour mixture, dip into the egg mixture, then roll in breadcrumbs until fully covered. Repeat for all curds.
- Heat vegetable oil in a frying pan or deep fryer to 350°F (175°C). Ensure there's enough oil to submerge the curds.
- Fry the breaded cheese curds in small batches for 3-4 minutes until golden brown and crispy. Use a slotted spoon to remove and drain on paper towels.
