Ingredients

  • 3.4 ounces instant pudding (any flavor you prefer)
  • 4 tablespoons powdered sugar
  • 1 cup cold whole milk
  • 8 ounces whipped topping (thawed)

Equipment

  • Mixing Bowl
  • Whisk or electric mixer
  • Measuring cups and spoons
  • Spatula

Method

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine the instant pudding and powdered sugar. Whisk them together until well blended.
  2. Slowly pour in the cold whole milk while continuing to whisk. Keep whisking until the pudding mix is completely dissolved and smooth.
  3. Gently fold in the thawed whipped topping using a spatula, being careful not to overmix.
  4. If desired, refrigerate for about 30 minutes to help it set up.

Notes

  • Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
  • Avoid freezing, as the texture may change when thawed.
  • For thicker frosting, reduce the milk slightly or add more pudding mix.
