- In a mixing bowl, combine the instant pudding and powdered sugar. Whisk them together until well blended.
- Slowly pour in the cold whole milk while continuing to whisk. Keep whisking until the pudding mix is completely dissolved and smooth.
- Gently fold in the thawed whipped topping using a spatula, being careful not to overmix.
- If desired, refrigerate for about 30 minutes to help it set up.
