  • 2 ounces white chocolate for drizzle

Method
 

  1. Step 1: Prepare Your Baking Pan - Line a 9x9 inch baking pan with parchment paper, leaving some overhang on the sides for easy removal later.
  2. Step 2: Melt the Butter and Cookie Butter - In a small saucepan over low heat, combine the butter, honey, and cookie butter. Stir continuously until melted and well combined. Remove from heat and let cool slightly.
  3. Step 3: Combine Dry Ingredients - In a large mixing bowl, add the crushed pretzels and rolled oats. Mix until evenly distributed.
  4. Step 4: Mix Wet and Dry Ingredients - Pour the melted mixture over the dry ingredients. Use a spatula to mix until coated.
  5. Step 5: Press into the Pan - Transfer the mixture into the prepared pan. Press down firmly to ensure it holds together.
  6. Step 6: Chill and Set - Place the pan in the refrigerator for 1-2 hours, or until firm.
  7. Step 7: Melt the White Chocolate - Melt the white chocolate using a double boiler or in the microwave in 20-second intervals, stirring until smooth.
