Method
 

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Grease your loaf pan with coconut oil or line it with parchment paper.
  3. In a large mixing bowl, combine coconut flour, baking powder, baking soda, salt, and ground cinnamon. Whisk until well combined.
  4. In another bowl, mix almond butter, coconut oil, and vanilla extract. Add the mashed bananas and eggs, stirring until well incorporated.
  5. Pour the wet mixture into the dry ingredient bowl. Gently fold together without overmixing.
  6. Fold in chocolate chips until evenly distributed.
  7. Transfer the batter into the prepared loaf pan, smoothing the top.
  8. Bake for 45-55 minutes or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
  9. Remove from oven and let cool in the pan for about 10 minutes before transferring to a wire rack to cool completely.
