  • 3/4 cup chocolate chips
  • 1 1/2 cups mini marshmallows
  • 1 6-ounce chocolate bar chopped
  • a few graham crackers broken into pieces

Instructions
  1. Step 1: Preheat the Oven - Start by preheating your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Step 2: Prepare the Baking Pan - Line a 9x13 inch baking pan with parchment paper.
  3. Step 3: Cream the Butter and Sugars - In a large mixing bowl, cream together the softened unsalted butter, light brown sugar, and granulated sugar until light and fluffy.
  4. Step 4: Add Eggs and Vanilla - Beat in the eggs, one at a time, mixing well after each addition. Stir in the vanilla extract.
  5. Step 5: Combine the Dry Ingredients - In another bowl, whisk together the all-purpose flour, graham cracker crumbs, baking powder, and salt. Gradually add this dry mixture to the wet ingredients.
  6. Step 6: Fold in the Goodies - Gently fold in the chocolate chips and mini marshmallows.
  7. Step 7: Spread the Dough - Spread half of the cookie dough into the prepared baking pan. Sprinkle the chopped chocolate bar and broken graham cracker pieces over the dough.
  8. Step 8: Add the Topping - Dollop the remaining cookie dough over the chocolate and graham cracker layer.
