- Step 1: Preheat the Oven - Start by preheating your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Step 2: Prepare the Baking Pan - Line a 9x13 inch baking pan with parchment paper.
- Step 3: Cream the Butter and Sugars - In a large mixing bowl, cream together the softened unsalted butter, light brown sugar, and granulated sugar until light and fluffy.
- Step 4: Add Eggs and Vanilla - Beat in the eggs, one at a time, mixing well after each addition. Stir in the vanilla extract.
- Step 5: Combine the Dry Ingredients - In another bowl, whisk together the all-purpose flour, graham cracker crumbs, baking powder, and salt. Gradually add this dry mixture to the wet ingredients.
- Step 6: Fold in the Goodies - Gently fold in the chocolate chips and mini marshmallows.
- Step 7: Spread the Dough - Spread half of the cookie dough into the prepared baking pan. Sprinkle the chopped chocolate bar and broken graham cracker pieces over the dough.
- Step 8: Add the Topping - Dollop the remaining cookie dough over the chocolate and graham cracker layer.
- Step 9: Bake - Place the pan in the preheated oven and bake for 25-30 minutes.
- Step 10: Cool and Slice - Allow the bars to cool for 10 minutes before lifting them out and letting them cool completely on a wire rack.
