  • 2 cups cooked chicken shredded or diced
  • 1 cup green grapes halved
  • 1/2 cup celery finely chopped
  • 1/3 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard

  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 4 large 10-inch tortillas
  • Optional: lettuce leaves for added crunch

Method
 

  1. Step 1: Prepare the Chicken. If you don't have leftover chicken, cook chicken breasts by boiling or baking until fully cooked. Once cooled, shred or dice into bite-sized pieces.
  2. Step 2: Chop the Vegetables and Fruits. While your chicken is cooling, chop the celery and halve the grapes for added crunch and sweetness.
  3. Step 3: Mix the Dressing. In a large mixing bowl, combine mayonnaise, Dijon mustard, lemon juice, salt, and pepper. Stir until smooth and creamy.
  4. Step 4: Combine Ingredients. Add shredded chicken, chopped celery, and halved grapes into the mixing bowl with the dressing. Gently fold until well-coated.
  5. Step 5: Assemble the Wraps. Lay a tortilla on a flat surface, place lettuce in the center if using, spoon the chicken salad mixture, fold in sides, and roll tightly from the bottom.
  6. Step 6: Slice and Serve. Slice the wrap in half diagonally for easy eating. Serve immediately or wrap in foil for a packed lunch later.
