  • 1 pound chicken lollipops Frenched drumsticks
  • 2 cloves garlic minced
  • 1 tablespoon ketchup
  • 1 teaspoon soy sauce
  • 1 teaspoon vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1/2 teaspoon ginger powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoon chili powder Optional
  • 3 tablespoons all-purpose flour
  • 4 tablespoons cornstarch
  • 1 large egg
  • 1/2 cup oil for frying

Method
 

Instructions:
  1. Step 1: Prepare the Chicken - Rinse the chicken lollipops under cold water and pat dry with paper towels.
  2. Step 2: Make the Marinade - In a mixing bowl, combine minced garlic, ketchup, soy sauce, vinegar, salt, paprika, ginger powder, pepper, and chili powder. Whisk until well blended.
  3. Step 3: Marinate the Chicken - Add the chicken lollipops to the marinade and toss to coat evenly.
