- In a mixing bowl, combine the rolled oats, dried cherries, ground cinnamon, ground cardamom, and kosher salt. Stir well to ensure the spices are evenly distributed.
- Pour in the pure maple syrup and almond milk. Stir until all the ingredients are well combined. Make sure the oats are fully submerged in the almond milk for even soaking.
- Transfer the mixture into your jar or container. Seal it with a lid and place it in the refrigerator. Let the oats soak for at least 4 hours, but overnight is best for optimal texture.
