  • 2 cups shredded sharp cheddar cheese

  1. Step 1: Preheat Your Cooking Surface: Begin by preheating your oven to 400°F (200°C) or preparing your grill for medium heat.
  2. Step 2: Prepare the Vegetables and Sausage: In a large mixing bowl, combine the halved baby red potatoes, trimmed green beans, sliced bell peppers, diced onion, and sliced smoked sausage.
  3. Step 3: Season Generously: Add the dried oregano, dried parsley flakes, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and ground black pepper to the bowl. Toss everything together until well coated.
  4. Step 4: Assemble the Foil Packets: Cut large sheets of aluminum foil—about 12 inches in length. Place an equal portion of the mixture in the center of each sheet. Top with a tablespoon of cubed unsalted butter and sprinkle with shredded sharp cheddar cheese.
