Method

  2. In a mixing bowl, combine the carrot fries with olive oil, cornstarch, smoked paprika, cumin, salt, onion powder, and black pepper. Toss until evenly coated.
  3. Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper for easy clean-up. Spread the seasoned carrot fries in a single layer on the sheet.
  4. Bake in the preheated oven until crispy and golden, about 25 minutes, flipping halfway through for even cooking.
